　 摘

　要

　近年来全国经济高速发展，房屋建设是全国经济发展的重要原因之一。在房屋建设工作突飞猛进的同时，应对迅猛发展的经济技术体系，职工宿舍楼作为辅助性建筑，既能解决职工的就业距离问题，又能解决职工的住房担忧。了解房屋建设的基本内涵以及建筑使用要求的多样化，对企业的蓬勃发展与社会经济的提升有很大的促进作用。优质的宿舍楼建筑结构设计更简洁、更实用、更稳固，不仅外形美观而且工程造价合理。职工宿舍楼在当今社会应用越来越广泛的同时，建筑结构也发生了很大改变，钢筋混凝土形式的框架结构建设成为了主流趋势。本次鞍山市裕丰饲料职工宿舍楼建筑结构设计则为钢筋混凝土形式的框架结构。设计过程中对建筑地点进行详细的学习与了解，明确当地基本地质情况以及相关结构设计参数，为后续框架结构的荷载等提供数据基础。为保证建筑结构稳定性，符合国家规定要求，在设计过程中参考国家规范进行设计。首先利用 CAD 绘图软件绘制建筑设计图纸，包括平面施工图、立面图及剖面图，然后通过建筑图在 YJK 结构设计软件上进行结构设计及计算结构稳定性，并手算相关受力构件。通过本次设计能够将课堂中学习的专业知识和技能应用到实践中，更加完善专业技能并活跃思维提高动手能力。在过程中学会分析和解决问题，培养创新精神。本次毕业设计在提升自我设计能力的同时，也进一步加强了对房屋结构建设的了解。同时此次毕业设计能为鞍山市更多企业的职工宿舍楼建设提供参考，间接促进地方企业整体布局的完善和经济效益的提高。

　Abstract

　The national economy has developed rapidly in recent years,housing construction is one of the important reasons for the national economic development..At the same time that housing construction is advancing by leaps and bounds,to cope with the rapid development of economic and technological system.Staff dormitory building as an auxiliary building,can solve the problem of employment distance of workers,and can solve the housing worry of workers.Understand the basic connotation of building construction and the diver of building use rements.It plays a great role in promoting the vigorous development of enterprises and the improvement of social economy.The building structure design of high-quality dormitory building is simple,practical and stable.It is not only beautiful in appearance but also reasonable in construction cost.The building of staff and workers is more and more widely used in today society at the same time.The building structure has also undergone great changes,reinforced concrete form of frame structure construction has become the mainstream trend.The anshan city yu feng feed workers dormitory building structure design is reinforced concrete frame structure.During the design process, the site was studied and understood in detail,define the local basic address and relevant structural design parameters.It provides the data basis for the load of the subsequent frame structure.In order to ensure the structural stability of the building,comply with national regulations and requirements,in the design process.The design is based on the national standard.Firstly,cad drawing software is used to draw architectural design drawings,includes plane construction drawing,elevation.And section drawing,then the structural design and the structural stability are calculated on the YJK structural design software by building diagram.And calculate the relevant force member by hand.Through this design, professional knowledge and skills learned in the classroom can be applied to practice,more perfect professional skills and active thinking to improve hands-on ability.Learn to analyze and solve problems in the process and cultivate the spirit of innovation.This graduation project in the enhancement of self-design ability at the same time,further strengthen the understanding of building structure construction.At the same time,this graduation project can provide reference for the construction of dormitory buildings for employees of more enterprises in anshan city.Indirectly promote the improvement of the overall layout of local enterprise

　言 在社会经济高速发展的背景下，房屋建设作为经济发展的中坚力量越来越重要。与此同时职工宿舍楼作为一种新型需求建筑日益增多 [1] 。职工宿舍楼是为满足职工的住房需求由所属的相关单位租赁或建设的。越来越多职工宿舍楼的建设意在为在职职工提供优质的住房条件，实现职工的基本住房需求，从而提高企业的社会环境面貌。同时大多数的职工宿舍楼建设在上班地点附近，针对距离的设计能使职工有更宽泛的休息时间从而有更充沛的精力。正是因为这样，职工宿舍楼作为社会生产与生活的重要建筑之一，对企业的蓬勃发展与社会经济的提升有很大的促进作用。同时在一定程度上提高企业的运作水平与经济收益，职工宿舍楼的建设是当今社会提高经济地位的有力措施。

　此次毕业设计我的任务是鞍山市裕丰饲料职工宿舍楼建筑结构设计，设计前提是在社会发展的基础上设计更加简洁、美观、实用的职工宿舍楼，为更多企业的职工宿舍楼建设提供参考。本次毕业设计作品采用的是钢筋混凝土形式的框架结构，首先钢筋混凝土形式的框架结构是房屋建筑常用的结构形式之一，本次设计利用钢筋混凝土形式的框架结构更具有学习意义 [2] 。鞍山市裕丰饲料职工宿舍楼地处于县级地区，相比市级地区社会环境和交通方式稍有欠缺，因此，鞍山市裕丰饲料职工宿舍楼的建立能解决职工的住宿问题，极大程度的改善了职工由于地理位置因素而任职艰难的问题。而且，鞍山市裕丰饲料职工宿舍楼的建立也为当地企业起到了良好的带头作用，为更多企业提供了建设基础，从而能进一步推进当地的经济发展。

　鞍山市裕丰饲料职工宿舍楼建筑结构设计首先拟建建筑方案，对建筑方案进行可行性分析，并对职工宿舍楼的功能需求对空间进行合理划分，并保证建筑满足国家规范和美观要求，进而绘制建筑平面图、立面图和剖面图等。其次在盈建科结构设计软件上对各个部分的受力结构进行设计，选取正确的结构参数对结构进行计算并完成结构相关部分：包括结构设计总说明、基础平面布置图和基础详图、结构平面布置图、各层板配筋图、各层框架梁配筋图、框架柱配筋图、楼梯配筋图等。最后修改归纳整理所有相关设计信息合并成一个文件成果。

　 毕业设计顾名思义代表着整个大学生涯的结尾，是针对以往大学学习的总结。我的毕业设计鞍山市裕丰饲料职工宿舍楼建筑结构设计，通过实践不但能够巩固大学阶段所学的专业知识，训练综合应用知识的能力，而且还能根据设计过程中遇到的问题加强设计思路，提高对结构的分析能力，从而加强设计水平。在设计过程中学习更多可以在现实中应用的建筑结构设计知识，学习更多有关建筑与结构设计的国家标准规范。在此次职工宿舍楼的设计过程中能够提高自己利用盈建科软件进行结构设计的能力，提高运用绘图软件绘制建筑图等图纸的能力，为日后在工作中解决实际工程问题打下坚实的基础。

　本次毕业设计在巩固专业知识的基础上，将结构设计中学习到的新的知识进行融合，更充分的掌握建筑结构设计相关知识。通过前期建筑图纸的拟建，结构模型的设计，以及施工图的生成，计算书的学习等，使我更深刻的感受到...
