第一章 工程施工目标及编制依据 第一节
工程目标 一、 质量管理目标 根据施工合同,本工程的质量目标是: ①符合万科《房屋接收标准》; ②按设计图纸、设计变更、规范规程、验收标准、以及当地的有关规定、甲方要求以及《房屋接收标准》、《万科节点细部做法》进行施工和验收(其中装饰工程按中级标准验收),工程质量按原国标优良标准验收,验收结论为合格; ③确保优良,争创样板;A 栋争创“鲁班奖”工程,B、D、E 栋争创“XX 省优工程”。
二、 进度控制目标 本工程合同开工工期为:2020 年 10 月 6 日,竣工日期为:2020 年12 月 2020 其中各栋的节点控制时间如下:

三 、 文明施工目标:
严格执行 XX 省《建设工程文明施工管理条例》、《甲方施工场地安全文明施工标准》及 XX 市有关规定,在确保工程质量和工期的前提下,树立全员环保意识,采取有效措施,减少施工噪音和环境污染,自觉保护场内公用设施。精心布置施工现场和精心组织施工,尽可能减少和消除对周围环境的影响,确保环境保护及文明施工达到预期的目标。
四 、服务目标 信守合同、密切配合、认真协调与各方关系,接受总承包、业主、监理的控制与监督,做好“三项服务”: 1.施工前服务: 开工前接到图纸后组织进行图纸会审,协助业主做好图纸深化,完善设计,积极配合总承包方进行现场规划布置、施工组织总设计的编制、施工资源准备等。对设计、设备、材料等提供合理化的建议; 2.施工中服务: 协助业主做好与有关部门的协调工作,满足业主对工程进度、质量、安全、文明施工等方面的要求。
3.施工后服务: 按照国家标准和标书要求在保修期内及时进行工程回访及维修。对分部分项工程及复杂的操作系统编制使用说明书,与竣工资料一起提交业主,以方便业主的使用与管理。并免费为业主培训物业管理人员,使其在最短的时间内熟悉安装工程各系统的性能且能熟练操作。
