　 摘

　 要

　互联网作为一种新的媒介形态，正在各领域掀起了发展创新的新浪潮。沈阳市高校思想政治教育工作在此契机下，要抓住机遇，迎接挑战。高校的思想政治教育工作者们，必须要把握好思政教育工作与时代的切合点，不断的贴合时代的发展需要，改变固有的传统思政教育模式，开创出顺应时代发展潮流的高校政治教育的新模式。

　在网络环境背景下，不断积极探索利用互联网信息技术开展高校思政教育工作的新常态，为沈阳市高校运用互联网开展思想政治工作寻找新路径。本文分为四个部分：第一部分是调查背景，主要阐述研究现状，以及研究目的与意义，为下面文章的论证奠定了理论基础。第二部分是方案与设计，详细的阐述调查的方法、设计、范围、时间和内容，通过三种调查方法调查了解互联网视阈下沈阳市各高校思想政治教育工作的实际效果。第三部分是数据分析，根据问题和分析结论，找出沈阳市目前思想政治教育工作所存在的问题。第四部分，根据数据分析结论得出有针对性的创新高校思想政治教育工作模式，发挥思想政治教育的实效性。

　不同于以往的研究，为了改善沈阳市各大高校大学生思想政治教育工作的教育环境和提升高校思政教育课堂的上课效果，要一切从学生出发，顺应当代大学生的网络使用习惯，并立足于互联网时代文化价值理念以及最新网络技术信息手段，严格以调查数据出发，针对资源共享问题、教学内容问题、教师媒介素养问题和平台建设等问题上，坚持理念创新、内容创新和模式创新，具有针对性和创新性，从而实现提高教育实效性的目的。

　 Abstract

　The new wave of innovation and development has been raised by Internet which is a new normal of advanced productivity in various fields. The method of the well-construction of ideological and political education system for universities under the background of "mutual network +" has undoubtedly become an urgent and arduous task for the ideological and political construction of universities in Shenyang. Under the macroenvironment of opportunities and challenges, the ideological and political educators in Colleges and universities must grasp the rich opportunity of common development with Ideological and political education and the times, adapt to the development needs of the times, and innovate the work mode of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. Let the ideological and political work of colleges and universities meet the needs of the reality, conform to the development trend of the times, and cultivate more high-quality socialist successors and social builders for the motherland. Based on the background of the Internet era, this research actively explored new channels to promote ideological and political education in the Internet era, and to provide methods for the ideological and political work of colleges and universities in Shenyang. This paper is divided into four sections: the background of the investigation is mentioned in first chapter, in order to elaborate the research status, the purpose and significance of the research, and lay a theoretical foundation for the following article. The second part is the scheme and design, which describes the methodology, devise, scope, time and substance of the survey at length. Through three kinds of survey methods, we can understand the actual effect of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities in Shenyang from the perspective of the Internet. The third part is the data analysis, according to the problems and analysis conclusions, identifying the existing problems of Ideological and political education in Shenyang. In the fourth chapter, on the basis of the conclusion of data analysis, we can get the innovative work mode of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, and give full play to the effectiveness of

Different from previous studies, in order to create a good and positive ideological and political education circumstances and improve the effectiveness of Ideological and politic education theory classroom in Colleges，it is based on college students, conforms to the use habits of students" network, and on account of the concept of cultural value in the Internet era and the latest network technology and information means, strictly starting from survey data, aiming at resource sharing issues and teaching content In terms of problems, teachers" media literacy and platform construction, we should adhere to the concept innovation, content innovation and model innovation, which is targeted and innovative, so as to realize the objective of enhance the substantive of education.

　随着计算机的普及和经济的发展，互联网进入高速发展阶段，网络思想政治教育也应运而生，互联网在时代浪潮中，不断的发展和演变，形态和特点也不断的推陈出新。思想政治工作也随之迈入了崭新的时代，高校网络思想政治教育也因此应运而生。

　目前，沈阳市各大高校已经认识到互联网在思政教育工作中的重要性，但是仍然存在重视程度不够，建设速度缓慢，思想政治工作平台的宣传推广力度不足，缺乏专职人员对平台进行精心运营和维护，不能实现资源的真正共享等问题，有些流于形式。

　分析过往学者的研究发现，多数专业学者认为，高校思想政治教育工作受到了网络环境的巨大影响，网络信息让人真假难辨，社会舆论控制难度加大等。因此可知，探究发展历程与现状，沈阳市高校思政教育工作的研究一直紧跟互联网的发展步伐，如何运用互联网开展高校思想政治教育的工作的课题也随着互联网时代的到来缓慢进行着。但是当下沈阳市高校的思想政治教育工作创新力度不够，创新意识淡泊，没有紧密联系实际教学需要。

　近年来，探索国内以及国外运用网络开展思想政治教育工作的现状，发现国外非常重视通过大众传媒对大学生进行政治教育，取得了一定的实效性。斯日古楞、梁爽认为：“大众传播媒介在国外多数发达国家都是思想政治教育的有利工具。在经济全球化、科技高速发展的信息时代里，我们国家必须利用好大众传播媒介，来提高学生的道德知识水平。”[1] 国内有关高校运用互联网开展思想政治教育工作得课题到了高度的关注和重视，并且已经成为目前研究的热点问题，取得了一系列的研究成果，涉及到了运用互联网开展思想政治教育的各个方面，对政治教育的学科建设具有十分重要的意义。

　本文的主要内容分别为：一是探究研究的背景目的和意义。二是基于社会调查，收集数据，分析现状；三是数据分析，通过调查问卷等调查方法中，得出调查数据，并对数据进行分析，抓住数据的关键点，进行进一

　步的现状总结。四是发现问题并解决问题，具体问题具体分析，根据不同的问题，提出相应的解决方法，不断探索高校思政教育的新路径。

　沈阳市各大高校的思政教育工作者们，在党中央的领导和指引下，积极响应国家号召，用最强烈的责任心和与与时俱进的进步意识，搭建沈阳市网络思想政治教育的新政地。运用互联网开展一系列关于思想政治的新举措新办法。
