　 我们，美国公民，正在加入一项伟大的全国性的努力来重建我们的国家， 重组对所有我们的人民的允诺。

　我们将一起来决定未来许多年中美国的道路和世界的道路。我们将面对挑战，我们将面对艰难，但是我们会完成我们的工作。

　 每隔四年，我们在这里集合在一起来有序地完成权力的和平交替。我们很感谢奥巴马总统和米切尔奥巴马第一夫人。为了他们在权力交替中的善意，他们做的很好，谢谢你们。

　无论如何，今天的庆典有特殊的意义。因为今天我们不仅仅是把权力从一个政权移交到另一个，也不是从一个政党移交到另一个。我们是把权力从华盛顿移交给你们，我们的人民。

　长久以来。我们国家首都的一个小集团掠夺去了政府的利益而同时是人民在负担着代价。华盛顿富庶了，但是人民并没有分享到财富。政治家们繁荣了，但是工作并没有剩下来，工厂倒闭了。建制派在保护着他们自己，而并不是我们国家的公民。他们的胜利不是你们的胜利，他们的凯旋不是你们的凯旋。当他们在我们国家的首都庆祝时，我们国家的那些苦豆着的家庭可没有什么庆祝的。

　从此地开始，从现在开始，这些都要改变。因为这一刻是你们的时刻，它属于你们。

　他属于聚集今天在这里的每一个人和全美国在看着这场典礼的每一个人。这是你的日子，这是你的庆祝。这是美利坚合众国，这是你们的国家。

　真正有关系的事情，并不是哪一个党控制我们的政府，而是我们的政府是不是由人民所控制。

　20XX 年 1 月 20 日，将会被记忆，作为人民再次成为这个国家的统治者的记忆。

　我们国家的那些被遗忘了的男人和女人将不会再被遗忘。

　现在，大家现在都在听着你们，上千万的你们成为了历史性运动的一部分。世界上还从来没有见过这样的场面。

　这个运动的中心是一个关键性的定义，国家的存在是为公民服务。美国人需要好的学校提供给他们的孩子，他们需要好邻居，需要好工作，这只是正直的人民和正直的公众的合理要求。

　 但是对于许多我们的公民来说，存在着一个不同的现实。在我们的内地城市里，母亲和儿童陷入了贫穷。全国到处像墓碑一样散乱着锈迹斑斑的工厂。教育系统吞噬着金钱。但是她让我们的年轻漂亮的学生们得不到教育。犯罪、黑帮和毒品偷走了太多的生命，抢劫了我们的国家太多的还有认识到的潜力。

　 多年来我们使外国工厂得到肥育，而代价是美国的工业;我们帮助了外国的军队，而可怜地消耗着我们的军队，我们保卫其他国家的边境却不愿意保卫我们自己的边境。

　我们在海外化费成千上万亿美元，同时美国的基础设施失修而毁坏。我们使其他国家得到富裕，然而我们国家的财富、强大和自信却消失在地平线上。

　 一个又一个工厂消失了，离开了我们的海岸。甚至没有人想过上百万的美国工人，他们被遗忘在了脑后。我们的中产阶级的财富，被从他们家里抢夺去重新分配给全世界。

　 但那是过去了，现在我们只要看将来。

　我们今天聚集在这里是要发布一条新的法令。让每一个城市、每一个外国首都和每一个权力的殿堂都能够听得到。从今天起我们的国家将会出现一个新的景象。从今天起就只有美国第一，美国第一。

　所有有关于贸易、税收、移民或者外交事务的决定都要基于美国工人和美国家庭的利益。我们必须保护我

　们的边界，防止其他国家的破坏、制造我们的产品、盗窃我们的公司和破坏我们的工作。

　保护能导向伟大的繁荣和强大。我将竭尽全力为你们战斗，我绝不会让你们失望。

　美国将开始再次取胜，以前没有过的取胜。

　我们将取回我们的工作，我们将取回我们的边界，我们将取回我们的财富，我们将取回我们的梦想。

　我们将在我们美丽的国家建设新的道路、高速公路、桥梁、机场、隧道和铁路。我们将使我们的人民不再依靠福利而是回去工作，用美国人的手和美国人的劳动重建我们国家。

　我们将遵循两条简单的规矩：买美国货，用美国人。

　我们在世界上寻求其它国家的友谊和善意。但是我们理解，所有的国家都有权利把他们的利益放在首位，我们并不寻求把我们的生活方式强加于人。但是让它像一个发光的典范那样让人追随。

　 我们将重组我们的盟国以形成一个新的和统一的文明世界来对抗激进的伊斯兰恐怖主义者。我们将把他们从地球表面上抹去。

　我们政治的基石是对美利坚合众国的全心全意的拥护和对我们国家的忠诚。我们将重新发现我们彼此的忠诚。只要你敞开你的心扉爱国，偏见就将不会存在。

　圣经告诉我们，当上帝的子民团结在一起生活是多么的美妙。我们必须敞开表达我们的想法，开诚布公地争论我们分歧，但是永远追求团结统一。当美国是团结统一的美国就完全不能被阻挡。

　最后，我们必须更多地去想，做更大的梦。在美国，我们理解国家只有在当他进取的时候才能存在。我们再也不能接受只会夸夸其谈，老是在抱怨，但从不做任何事情的政治家。

　 空谈的时候已经过去了，现在是行动的时候了。

　英文版 TRUMP: Chief Justice Roberts, President Carter, President Clinton, President Bush, President Obama, fellow Americans and people of the world, thank you.

　We, the citizens of America, are now joined in a great national effort to rebuild our country and

　restore its promise for all of our people.

　Together, we will determine the course of America and the world for many, many years to come. We will face challenges, we will confront hardships, but we will get the job done.

　 Every four years, we gather on these steps to carry out the orderly and peaceful transfer of power, and we are grateful to President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama for their gracious aid throughout this transition. They have been magnificent. Thank you.

　Todays capital has reaped the rewards of government while the people have borne the cost. Washington flourished, but the people did not share in its wealth. Politicians prospered, but the jobs left and the factories closed. The establishment protected itself, but not the citizens of our country. Their victories have not been your victories. Their triumphs have not been your triumphs. And while they celebrated in our nationve

　enriched foreign industry at the expense of American industry; subsidized the armies of other countries, while allowing for the very sad depletion of our military. We borders while refusing to defend our own.

　And spent trillions and trillions of dollars overseas while Americave made other countries rich, while the wealth, strength and confidence of our country has dissipated over the horizon.

　 One by one, the factories shuttered and left our shores, with not even a thought about the millions and millions of American workers that were left behind. The wealth of our middle class has been ripped from their homes and then redistributed all across the world.

　 But that is the past. And now, we are looking only to the future.

　We assembled here today are issuing a new decree to be heard in every city, in every foreign capital, and in every hall of power. From this day forward,

　a new vision will govern our land. From this day forward, its people live together in unity. We must speak our minds openly, debate our disagreements honestly, but always pursue solidarity. When America is united, America is totally unstoppable.

　There should be no fear. We are protected and we will always be protected. We will be protected by the great men and women of our military and law enforcement. And most importantly, we will be protected by God.

　Finally, we must think big and dream even bigger. In America, we understand that a nation is only living as long as it is striving. We will no longer accept politicians who are all talk and no action, constantly complaining, but never doing anything about it.

　The time for empty talk is over. Now arrives the hour of action.

　Do not allow anyone to tell you that it cannot be done. No challenge can match the heart and fight and spirit of America. We will not fail. Our country will thrive and prosper again.

　 We stand at the birth of a new millennium, ready to unlock the mysteries of space, to free the earth from the miseries of disease, and to harness the energies, industries and technologies of tomorrow. A new national pride will stir ourselves, lift our sights and heal our divisions.

　 Its time to remember that old wisdom our soldiers will never forget, that whether we are black or brown or white, we all bleed the same red blood of patriots.

　We all enjoy the same glorious freedoms and we all salute the same great American flag.

　And whether a child is born in the urban sprawl of Detroit or the wind-swept plains of Nebraska, they look up at the same night sky, they will their heart with the same dreams, and they are infused with

　the breath of life by the same almighty creator.

　So to all Americans in every city near and far, small and large, from mountain to mountain, from ocean to ocean, hear these words: You will never be ignored again.

　Your voice, your hopes, and your dreams will define our American destiny. And your courage and goodness and love will forever guide us along the way.

　 Together, we will make America strong again. We will make America wealthy again. We will make America proud again. We will make America safe again. And yes, together we will make America great again.
