　二、一岗双责，搞好好廉政建设 年初，我代表立立案庭与院党组书记、副书记记、成员签订了党风廉政建设设责任书。根据责任书的十一一项职责，又于全庭同志签订订了党风廉政建设目标承诺书书。一年来，紧紧围绕“公正正与效率”这一主题深化党风风廉政建设教育。把立案工作作同党风廉政建设、法官职业业道德教育紧密结合起来。自自己在坚决执行《中国共产党党党内监督条例》和《中国共共产党纪律处分条例》，《领领导干部廉洁自律的五条规定定》和《领导干部配偶、子女女从业“两不准”》及《中国国共产党党员领导干部廉洁从从政若干准则（试行）》的同同时，带领全庭同志认真遵守守中央政法委的“四条禁令””及人民法院干警的“八不准准”。以正反两方面的典型，，进行党风廉政建设警示教育育，使全庭同志的政治思想面面貌有了改观，坚定了政治立立场，提高了党性修养。坚定定了立足窗口树人民法官廉政政为民、秉公执法的信念。

　三、立足本职，从政为民 “立党为公，执政为民””，立案庭在人民法院改革中中，有着业务庭、管理庭、监监督庭三大职能。在审判业务务上总揽“三大诉讼”、“三三大审判”；在审判管理上为为龙头；在审判监督上，启动动着人民法院的审判监督程序序。同时
