　高校财务处长述述职报告(二) 20XXX 年度，本人现任岗位上，，认真履行岗位职责，勤勉勉工作，坚持财务制度与原原则，维护学校利益，廉洁洁自律。20XX 年度部门门分管的主要工作有三个方方面、一是全校的财务管理理工作;二是学校的招投标标工作;三是学校资产经营营公司财务管理工作。现就就三块业务全年开展的主要要工作总结如下、 一、全全校的财务管理工作开展、、 第一、加强预算管理，，强调预算执行与分析。从从预算编制开始时的全校动动员布置、数据汇总、审核核、下达执行到年中预算执执行的进度控制、经费查询询，预算的管理更精细化。。
