　摘

　要 互联网正在融入我们的生活，影响和改变着我们的生活。网络提供给我们的不只是一个获取信息的来源，而且还是一个可以相互交流的空间，而网上求职招聘外派系统正给广大的求职者和招聘单位之间提供了一个双向交流选择的平台。应用网络的优势，开发学生外派网，给企业和个人之间提供了沟通的桥梁，企业可以通过本网站发布招聘信息，而个人可以通过本网站发布求职信息，从而使双方都能了解彼此行情之后再谈合同，防止盲目签约，达到人才合理分配的目的。

　JSP 页面由 HTML 代码和嵌入其中的 Java 代码所组成。服务器在页面被客户端请求以后对这些 Java 代码进行处理，然后将生成的 HTML 页面返回给客户端的浏览器。Java Servlet 是JSP的技术基础，而且大型的Web应用程序的开发需要Java Servlet和JSP配合才能完成。JSP 具备了 Java 技术的简单易用，完全的面向对象，具有平台无关性且安全可靠，主要面向因特网的所有特点。而技术方面是在数据库的设计中，如何处理多对多的关系和如何设计主键，是两个有着较大难度、需要重点考虑的问题。这着重从SQL 应用、数据库设计范式和查询优化等方面来分析本课题的系统关键技术和实现难点并加以解决。

　本系统是基于 Web 的网站。后台数据库系统使用微软的 SQL Server，构建了人才交流系统数据库。系统实现的主要功能有：个人及单位注册管理、用户登录、用户资料管理、站内信息管理等。本网站预期成果是：个人与企业能够按照自己的主观意愿安排合适的时机和地点进行账号的注册行为，登录网站查询信息。对查询比较满意的信息，可以随时给对方发送信息。在信息过期之后将不在网页上显示。在相关的由具体管理操作人员所控制的控制台中有相应在该网站注册过的每一个用户的各种基础信息，这些信息被合理管理和调用，管理员能够随时查看每一个注册用户的各个信息，监督用户的具体行为，预防其录入违背有关具体法律法规规定的各类信息。

JSP page is embedded in HTML code and composition of which the Java code. Server in the pages of client requests after the Java code for processing, then the generated HTML page is returned to the client browser. Java Servlet JSP technology base, and large-scale Web application development requires Java Servlet and JSP support to complete. JSP Java technology with the easy to use, fully object-oriented, with platform independence and secure, mainly for all the characteristics of the Internet. The technology is in the database design, how-many relationships and how to design the primary key, the two have a greater degree of difficulty, need to focus on consideration. This emphasis on application from SQL, database design and query optimization paradigm to analyze this issue so key technology and systems and resolve difficulties. The system is based on the Web site. Background database system using Microsoft"s SQL Server, build a talent exchange system database. System to achieve the main features are: individual and unit registration management, user login, user data management, information management station. Expected outcomes of this Web site: personal and business accounts can be registered at any time, log on website information. Relatively satisfied with the information on the check, you can always send messages to each other. In the message expires will not appear on the page. 　论 1.1 选题 背景 随着当前市场大环境的日新月异，社会在不断朝前进步，科学技术也在不断发展，相关领域的各类知识在客观条件下正在与时俱进的起到很大的相关影响作用，时至今日，关于市场领域的竞争在很大程度上越来越集中到人才领域的竞争。从而对于企业而言，如何通过各种方式手段找到适合企业自身发展所需要的人才，已然成为了企业在自身领域和发展轨道中，提高同行业竞争力的一项至关重要的任务和因素。与此同时，如今的市场环境又是一个在不断变化，日新月异的动态大环境，对人才的需求随着市场需求的变化也在不断进行相应的变化。针对这些变化，企业如何快速适应并制定出利于企业长远生存发展的相关方案，已成为人才招聘公司/单位需考虑的重要因素。

　无论是对于企业的人力资源部门的招聘的相关服务，还是职业中介赖以生存的相关供需信息沟通，其客观存在作为一种具体的服务类型，其所达到的招聘相关人员的效率高低和效果优劣不断在彰显其存在的价值高低和理由。但毫无疑问的一点是：信息的供应和需求的双方关系，只有通过信息系统才能更好的实现对人才招聘市场的理解和需求研究。

　为了满足市场对于人才招聘外派解决方案的需求，推出了网上人才招聘外派解决方案。作为一种专业化的业务流程改进工具，有效地解决了人才招聘工作效率和效果改进提升中所面临的问题。本毕业设计，就是为了适应现代求职/招聘方式而做出的一种尝试。本系统采用 JSP 这种服务器端的开发环境以及 Windows 7 的操作系统为工作平台，同时借助 SQL Server 这一强大的数据库管理系统来实现本毕业设计。
