屋面工程质量自评报告

一、工程概况

本工程为剪力墙结构地下一层地上十三层，

总建筑面积10987.82㎡，

建筑总高度44.75m，±0.000为黄海高程

391.95m；地基基础设计等级为乙级，建筑抗震设防类别为丙类，建筑结构安全等级为二级，抗震设防烈度8度，剪力墙抗震等级二级，地下建筑物耐火等级为一级，地上建筑物耐火等级为二级。地下防水等级为二级，二道设防。

本工程屋面采用陕02J01屋Ⅱ3铺地砖面层屋面:

钢筋混凝土屋面板；

1：6水泥砖渣，按体积比搅拌均匀，最薄处30mm；

保温层为憎水性珍珠岩保温块140mm厚；

25厚1：3水泥砂浆找平层；

防水层为SBC-120,500g/m2聚乙烯丙纶复合防水卷材；

3厚麻刀灰隔离层；

25厚1：3水泥砂浆找平层；

300厚水泥彩砖用3厚1：1水泥砂浆粘贴，缝宽5mm用1：1水泥砂浆勾缝。

本工程于2008年8月7日开工，屋面部分于2009年7月10日完成，现本工程做装饰工程。

二、质量自评依据

1、施工合同、设计图纸及其会审交底、设计变更；

2、《建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准》GB50300-2001；

3、陕西省现行有关标准、建筑工程质量管理条例、规范等；

三、施工质量控制情况

1、工程所需的原材料、构配件等施工物质试验和施工试验均委托有资质检站试验室进行检测。各种原材料进场后，报监理工程师审查，并在现场监理见证下随机取样送检，检验合格后方可用于工程。

3、屋面各分项工程验收均在施工单位自检合格的基础上，再报现场监理，由监理工程师组织有关人员进行全面检查。屋面分部验收资料基本齐全。

4、严格控制工序质量，认真做好成品保护工作，及时跟踪检查，发现问题及时整改，杜绝不合格工程进入下一道工序；现场监理对关键工序、关键部位和所有隐蔽工程实施了旁站监理，有效保证了工程的施工质量。

5、防水分项工程设专人负责，每一个环节必须严格按照规范要求进行施工。

五、屋面分部、分项工程、检验批的划分及质量验收情况

根据《建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准》GB50300-2001，的要求，本工程屋面分部工程按分项工程验收，划分为找坡层分项（1个检验批）、找平层分项（1个检验批）、保温层分项（1个检验批）工程；找平层分项（1个检验批）工程、卷材防水（2个检验批）分项工程；细部构造（1个检验批）工程。

对各检验批、分项工程，建设、监理单位认真组织验收，对存在问题，施工单位及时予以整改。现在屋面分部工程各检验批、分项工程皆通过验收。各检验批所含主控项目经抽样检验合格,一般项目的质量经抽样检验合格，对采用计数检验的一般项目,其合格点率为100%，符合设计及施工质量验收规范的要求。

六、施工过程中出现的问题及处理情况

该屋面分部工程施工中未发生质量、

安全事故,对施工中出现的一般质量问题，及时予以整改，在施工过程中，施工单位、监理单位都能对各个验收批进行有效监督，并对整改后的质量重新验收，确保工程质量符合要求。

七、屋面分部工程质量自评结论

本工程的屋面分部工程所含的各分项工程均符合设计及施工质量验收规范的要求，质量控制资料基本齐全，安全和功能检验（检测）资料符合要求，工程的观感质量好，该屋面分部工程综合评定为合格。
